By providing us with your mobile number and opting-in, you give Rescue Bucks permission to send you account-related text messages / Short Message Service Messages (SMS).
SMS is in regards to any text message communication from us to you pertaining to your agreement.
These messages include, but are not limited to payment information, payment reminders, account information, due dates, delinquent accounts, program updates, promotions, coupons, other marketing messages, and notifications in conjunction with the services you have requested.

· By providing us with your mobile number and opting-in, you agree you have ownership rights or permission to use the number given to us.
· Message and data rates may apply.
· To opt-out, text STOP to any text message we send you. An opt-out confirmation message will be sent back to you.
· To request support, text HELP to any text message we send you or email us at customers@rescuebucks.com.
· If your handset does not support MMS, any MMS messages sent may be delivered as SMS messages.
· Wireless carriers are not liable for undelivered or delayed messages.

Tule Lake Lending dba Rescue Bucks (“Rescue Bucks”), is a subsidiary of EIC Enterprises, a wholly owned economic arm of the Elem Indian Colony of Pomo Indians, a federally recognized Indian tribe. Rescue Bucks is organized and in good standing under the laws of the Tribe. As a wholly owned tribal entity, Rescue Bucks is licensed by the Elem Consumer Finance Department.

This is an expensive form of borrowing. Rescue Bucks loans are designed to assist you in meeting your short term borrowing needs and are not intended to be a long term financial solution.

Loan applications that have been fully verified and approved by 6:30pm CST will be funded as soon as the next business day. If your loan application is approved by Rescue Bucks, your loan will be governed by Tribal law, applicable federal law, and the terms and conditions of your loan agreement. The Annual Percentage Rate (“APR”) as applied to your loan will range from 589% to 829% depending on your payment schedule, pay frequency, loan term, and the amount of your loan. Late payments and non-payment may result in additional fees and collection activities as described in your loan agreement and as allowed by Tribal and applicable federal law. Rescue Bucks does not lend to residents of AR, CT, IL, FL, MO, NY, PA, VA, WV. Availability of installment loans are subject to change at any time at the sole discretion of Rescue Bucks.
